Individual Age Groups
Youth U14yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 14yrs and under on 31st December 2026
Youth U16yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 16yrs and under on 31st December 2026
Youth U18yrs: all members of the relay team must be aged 18yrs and under on 31st December 2026
Nipper/Juniors (13years) don't pay for the event if they have entered the Nipper competition already, please use the 'Free Entry' category option.
TIME KEEPERS / HELPERS
Each age group from each clubs must provide:
2 timekeepers with stopwatch. Please note there is no electronic timing at this event.
2 Helpers for poolside and a further 2 helpers to assist in the water resetting manikins.
Each club to bring at least 5 manikins and 4 junior manikins. Please can all clubs make sure they bring enough equipment to ensure the smooth running of events. Rescue Tubes will be provided.
All officials and helpers to meet at 9:45am please.
Lunch will be provided for Key Officials.

ENTRY RESTRICTION

GENERAL
● There will be a team managers and officials meeting in advance of the event. This will be held on MS Teams on the evening of Friday,6th February 2026 at 7pm.
● Please refer to SLSGB website for current ILS rules (however GB does have some variations)
● Team Managers are expected to know the rules.
● Please note that no photography is permitted within the venue.
● Please note that the pool is 50 metres.
● Each club with more than 10 competitors must bring two SLSGB Level One or Level Two Qualified Officials.
● Only one team manager and two helpers can be on poolside to make sure their club competitors are ready.
● Clubs should ensure that their competitors are able to perform a competitive start safely otherwise they must start in the water.
● There can be no diving at the shallow end of the pool.
● Competitor numbers will be as per the electronic entry form. Clubs should bring a marker to mark club and competitor number on back of left (e.g. SS 05) hand and age group on the right hand
