ENTRY RESTRICTION
2 relay teams per event per club, swimmer may only swim once in each event.
Team Age Groups
30+ No separate gender categories - teams can be mixed
Age on 31st December 2025
TIME KEEPERS / HELPERS
Each age group from each clubs must provide:
2 timekeepers with stopwatch. Please note there is no electronic timing at this event.
2 Helpers for poolside and a further 2 helpers to assist in the water resetting manikins.
Each club to bring at least 5 manikins and 4 junior manikins. Please can all clubs make sure they bring enough equipment to ensure the smooth running of events. Rescue Tubes will be provided.
All officials and helpers to meet at 9:45am please.
Lunch will be provided for Key Officials.
