**workshop rotation will depend on numbers attending and groups will not be able to do all workshops.

A fun weekend of beach and ocean workshops, featuring guest coaches including current GB Athletes Piran Philips and Farli Abram-Bridges.
The weekend will cater for those who want to develop their competition skills, expand their lifeguarding skills or just have fun.

Relax and Socialise on Saturday evening with a BBQ and DJ .
Sunday kicks off at 9.30am with Roberto who will be running a zumba style warm up for everyone.

Workshops will be on rotation and will include

We are delighted that Piran Phillips will be running a board coaching session.
Piran is a high-performance lifeguard and GB team athlete with Surf Life Saving GB. He is known for his ski racing skills and has been a part of the GBR team that won the European Championships. Piran also provides coaching and expertise through OceanPerf UK. https://www.oceanperf.uk/
Piran competed in the 2024 World Championships in Australia and has just come back from a Winter in Australia training and competing for North Burley SLSC.

Farli Abram-Bridges, GB Team Athlete at the 2023 Europeans and 2024 World competitions and National Beach sprint champion will be leading a sprint coaching session.
Nick Thorn, former European and National Champion will join us on Sunday and lead an ocean coaching session.
Richard Folland former Beach Flag National Champions will be running the flags workshop.
We will also be training officials in our two competition arenas, in preparation for the Devon's. This will be a great opportunity for anyone wanting to start on the officials pathway.
